At Azuri Homes, each piece is crafted with care, precision, and attention to detail. Because many of our products are custom-made or made to order, delivery timelines and processes are structured to reflect our production standards.

Production Lead Time

Most items are custom-made or made to order. Standard production time is 15–25 working days. Larger or more complex orders may take longer depending on design and material availability. Customers will be notified of any delays.

Delivery Timeframes

Gauteng deliveries take 2–5 working days after completion. Deliveries outside Gauteng take 5–12 working days depending on location. Delivery timelines begin only after production is completed.

Delivery Costs

Delivery fees are calculated based on location, order size, and delivery method. Shipping costs will be confirmed before or during checkout.

Delivery Process

Customers will be contacted to confirm delivery date and time. Someone must be available to receive the order. Failure to be available may result in additional delivery charges.

Inspection on Delivery

Customers must inspect items upon delivery. By accepting delivery, you confirm the item is in good condition and correct. Any issues must be reported within 72 hours.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Azuri Homes is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, weather, supplier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer-related issues, additional delivery fees may apply and redelivery will be rescheduled.
